I designed this graphic as part of social media messaging to promote CAC’s brief in a consolidated Supreme Court case in which the court considered whether Title VII—the federal law that prohibits employment discrimination “because of … sex”—prohibits discrimination against individuals because of their sexual orientation or transgender status.
